Can I get a repeat vaccination?

Advice for you

A repeated shot is not necessary. Children aged 5 to 11 can, if their parents wish, get the following shots:

  • 1st and 2nd vaccination (basic series)

Children can get a shot with their parents consent. A child can get 1 or 2 shots. That depends on a number of factors, such as the health situation and previous corona infections. Read more about vaccinating children from 5 to 11 years old on the website of the central government (Dutch) (opens external website)

Haven't had 1st or 2nd vaccination (basic series) yet?

Children aged 5 to 11 can get a vaccination starting 3 months after their last coronavirus vaccination or coronavirus infection. To make an appointment, please call the telephone number 0800 7070(opens external website).
